Windows 10 is the last version of Windows and now i need to move to other OS?

No. The idea of "Windows As A Service" is for Windows to adopt the update system that Chrome, and rolling release Linux distros use.

You install Windows once, and you move over to the next update every 6 months or so... without purchasing a new product key.

And lastly... no, you don't need to shift over to another OS...
